Pleurotus ostreatus - SW01

Summer White™ Oyster is a prolific fruiter in a wide temperature range. This strain produces floral bouquets with tender stems and white caps. Suitable for production on logs as well as pasteurized substrate. This strain can be used for sterilized sawdust substrate mixes, but yields better with other growing methods.

Spawn run time:
On logs: 8-12 months
On loose substrate: 3-5 weeks
Fruiting temperature range:
45-75° F
Indoor incubation temperature:
65-77° F. Spawn run will occur outdoors at temperatures above 50° F.
Suitable for cultivation on:
Logs, pasteurized substrate
