Warm Weather Species/Strains

Summertime fruiting can present the biggest challenge to the mushroom grower, indoors and outdoors. Fortunately several strains fruit well, sometimes preferring warmer temperatures. These strains are often used exclusively for summer fruiting, though all of them can be fruited at the lower temperatures of their range.
