Welcome to the Field & Forest Products Strain Library...

This library is a listing of many of the strains we produce for commercial and small-scale mushroom cultivation. We only list strains here that we have a cultivation history with here at Field & Forest Products and are confident of their performance. Please note that we do NOT sell our trademarked shiitake strains in any other form than their intended end use (ie plugs or sawdust spawn to be inoculated into wood logs). Other original oyster strains such as PoHu™ and Grey Dove™ have been with us for decades and we have developed strict protocol to mark the characteristics that have built the strains' popularity and their pricing reflects that history.
