Strain | Polar White™ Oyster
Pleurotus ostreatus
Polar White™ Oyster produces beautiful, pure white clusters, but only in the fall of the year in the north and the winter in the south. As the name suggests, this strain performs best when the temperatures range from 35-60° F. Polar White oyster mushrooms are difficult to grow on loose substrate, but are an excellent choice for logs.

Fruiting temperature range:
35-60° F
Indoor incubation temperature:
50-65° F. Spawn run will occur outdoors at temperatures above 45° F.
