Lentinula edodes - LE3790

The LE3790 shiitake strain is used for production on blocks. This strain produces thick, medium-sized, uniform caps and performs best at temperatures ranging from 55° - 65° F. LE3790 shiitake produce higher yielding blocks than other indoor shiitake strains.
