Ready-to-use, pre-hydrated, sterilized rye grain substrate. Ideal for expanding cultures and making grain masters. Our sterilized grain substrate comes heat-sealed in gusseted 0.5 micron filter patch bags for proper air exchange and can be store at room temperature for two weeks prior to use. Bags include self-sealing injection port for use with liquid inoculum. These bags are made-to-order, so they will typically ship one week after order placement.
If you have concerns on the quality of the grain we must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the product. We do not guarantee the quality of spawn/syringes sourced outside of Field & Forest Products, Inc. and cannot guarantee successful colonization of grain unless the master spawn or syringe culture was also sourced from Field & Forest Products, Inc.
