Spring Workshop - Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Field and Forest Products in Peshtigo WI! - Full day, morning, and afternoon sessions available.
Morning Session: 8:30 am-12:00 noon
Log Inoculation and Make your Own Ready-to-fruit Blocks - $75
In the morning session you will learn about log inoculation, tree identification, how to make your own DIY grow blocks, and a Field and Forest Products tour. At the end of the session, registrants will go home with their own inoculated log, and DIY block!
Afternoon Session: 1:30 am-4:00 pm
Growing Mushrooms in Buckets and in Mushroom Beds - $75
In the afternoon session you will learn about how to grow mushrooms using the bucket method and garden bed making. At the end of the session, registrants will go home with their own inoculated bucket and a bottle of Wine Cap spawn to make their own bed!
Full Day: Attend both Morning and Afternoon Sessions - $130 (save $20!)
Join us for a tour and a full day of workshops! This workshop will be split into two sessions, morning and afternoon. At the end of the day, registrants will go home with their own inoculated log, inoculated bucket, and DIY block, as well as a bottle of Wine Cap spawn to make their own bed! Lunch will not be included, feel free to bring your own or a list of local establishments will be provided.
Proper footwear is required as this workshop will take place both indoors and out. Pre-registration is required (no walk-ins please). Session size is limited to 30 people. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 10 days of the event.
