Includes shipping within the lower 48!! Ready-to-fruit King Oyster blocks. The King is a dense, firm, and sweet culinary favorite that can be coined, cubed, julienned or steak cut. Fruiting conditions are exacting: temperature control at 50-62°F.; indirect sun or supplemental lighting (at least 8-12 hours/day); humidity less than 65%; and fresh air exchange. Shelving or other surfaces are ideal for organizing blocks, and the space should be kept clean. Controlling all of these factors will lead to increased mushroom growing success. Each block produces about 1-1.75 lbs. of mushrooms.
