Use plug wax to protect plug spawn inoculation sites without the hazards of using hot wax. This wax is pliable at room temperature, so no need to melt it. Simply take a pinch of this food grade wax and press it over the top of each plug. 6 fl. oz. tub will seal 1,000 plugs, 3 fl. oz. tub seals 500 plugs.

This stuff sure makes things easier. I wouldn't be without it! It helps to keep it soft if you warm it in your pocket between uses.
