Growing morel mushrooms in the United States has been an ever-evolving endeavor. We have been working with different growing process for decades and, finally, had success with two different morel varieties (the Landscape and the Black Morel).
Growing morel mushrooms is notoriously difficult. While we have been successful in producing mushrooms it comes at the cost of near-constant monitoring and exacting growing conditions. You can go about attempting to grow morels by doing anything from throwing morel spawn into the environment and hope it takes hold to setting up a modified hoop tunnel.
