For 2027, we are offering two varieties of truffles on three different tree species. Please keep in mind that these are bareroot seedlings. For inventory and packaging purposes, we are offering varieties in sets of 5, in the options below:
- Set of 5 American Hazel (Corylus americana) inoculated with Burgundy Truffle (Tuber aestivum)
- Set of 5 Bur Oak (Quercus macrocarpa) inoculated with Burgundy Truffle (Tuber aestivum)
- Set of 5 Siberian Hazel (Corylus heterophylla) inoculated with Burgundy Truffle (Tuber aestivum)
We will also be offering the same sets, inoculated with Appalachian (aka Michigan) Truffle:
- Set of 5 American Hazel (Corylus americana) inoculated with Appalachian Truffle (Tuber canaliculatum)
- Set of 5 Siberian Hazel (Corylus heterophylla) inoculated with Appalachian Truffle (Tuber canaliculatum)
- Set of 5 Bur Oak (Quercus macrocarpa) inoculated with Appalachian Truffle (Tuber canaliculatum)
