Description
Graceful white to yellow stems ending in a small golden to light yellow cap. Enoki are grown on either hardwood logs or sawdust-based substrates after grain maturation. This strain's productivity is often tied to a cold shock of the substrate to initiate growing.
Spawn run time in substrate: 18 days
Fruiting body development: 7-10 days
Ideal fruiting temperature: 50-60°F
Usage notes: Liquid Culture Syringes come sealed with a sterile needle and alcohol wipe. Prior to use make sure to thoroughly mix liquid culture with the aid of the air bubble within the syringe. Liquid spawn is best used in tandem with a self-healing injection port bag. Use aseptic technique when working with syringe. Use within 20 days of receipt.
