Description
Enoki mushrooms have graceful white to yellow stems topped with small golden to light yellow caps. Enoki are grown on either hardwood logs or sawdust-based substrates after grain maturation. This strain's productivity is often tied to a cold shock of the substrate to initiate growing. Substrate bags also benefit from a longer incubation period prior to fruiting. Available in large (4 lb.) bags only.

Ideal fruiting temperature: 45-60°F
