Description
Softball size clusters with cascading long spines make this Hericium one of the most breath-taking mushrooms. Lion's Mane has received attention in recent years for its neurotrophic capabilities by potentially keeping our brains strong.
We recommend using rye grain for first-time Lion's Mane growers. Millet works just as well, but Lion's Mane on rye looks better to the eye (that is, it appears more colonized) which can be helpful for ease of mind. Lion's Mane grain spawn is used to grow into sterilized hardwood sawdust or pellets.
