Grey Dove Oyster Block for Outdoor Beds

Grey Dove Oyster is still a cool-weather fruiter but can tolerate warmer temperatures (55-68).  These mushrooms are a beautiful blue when young, fading to silver when fully mature. Mushrooms have a classic leaf/shell shape. At least two fruitings can be expected from Grey Dove Blocks.

How to plant a buried Grey Dove Oyster block mushroom bed:

1. Select a shady location for your mushroom block
2. Remove your block from its plastic filter disc bag
3. Place your mushroom block on the ground and cover with wood mulch, sawdust, or even soil
4. Wait for your mushroom crop!
