Description
This productive Maitake block strain produces sturdy, fronded clusters. Precise environmental controls are essential for success. Incubate for 6-8 weeks and fruit below 68°F. Excellent quality and shelf life. Available in large (4 lb.) bags only.
PLEASE NOTE: the mycelium of this species is not thick and white. When you receive your grain spawn you will notice significantly finer mycelium than what you may be accustomed to if you usually work with other grain spawns.
