Description

Lion's Mane's bright white mushroom spheres developing into snowball clusters with long icicle teeth. Mushrooms are slightly sweet, chewy in texture. Harvest early for best flavor. Prefers Sugar Maple and Beech.

Fruits in late summer to fall, 18 months after inoculation. One bottle inoculates 5 logs.
