Description
This Oyster mushroom is a heavy yielder and holds onto the blue color longer than most blue oysters. Blue Oyster requires cooler temperatures for presenting the deepest blue color with the highest yield as well as avoiding blotch. Classic vase shape that accompanies most oysters that we think of as tree oysters. Spawn run temps: 72-78°F (do not exceed 80°F) Fruiting temps for best color, 60-65°F, and lots of light and humidity.
