Note: Kit will start to fruit once it is brought to room temperature. To delay fruiting, especially when gifting, refrigerate upon receipt. Kit will remain dormant for up to 10 days refrigerated. Expect to harvest mushrooms 10-14 days after removing it from cold storage.

    These mushrooms were fantastic! The instructions were simple, and the mushrooms grew really fast -- we got two crops out of one log.

    Field and Forest is the best out of three mushroom companies I've tried. The fastest delivery service, averrage 4 days from order to delivery. Mushrooms starting pinning in 4-5 days and the first yield was over 1 1/2 lbs. Fantastic!!!

    Excellent yield on the first cutting (at 7 days) with many more fruiting each day. Shipping was very fast. Instructions & info included were helpful, clear and appreciated. Really great product, glad I ordered two.
