Lentinula edodes
The #1 Son™ shiitake strain produces large, uniform caps with dense texture. This strain was developed in tandem with the High Speed Method, but also makes an excellent strain for standard outdoor cultivation. This strain responds well to force-fruiting.

Fruiting temperature range:
55-72° F
Indoor incubation temperature:
50-60° F. Spawn run will occur outdoors at temperatures above 50° F.
