Description
Our Grey Dove™ Oyster strain is prolific and reliable, setting the standard to which every Oyster strain we produce is compared. Steel blue pins slowly change into silvery grey as the cap matures, so if you want blue colored Oysters, harvest them early. The shape is classic Oyster; graceful stem with a shell-shaped cap, sturdy, and a good shipper.
250 plugs will plant 5 logs, and 1,000 plugs will plant 20 logs (about 50 plugs per log, based on an average log size of approx. 40" long and 4" in diameter).
