Description

The Night Velvet Shiitake strain produces creamy brown mushroom with wooly white tufts blanketing the caps. Beautiful quality and abundant fruiter. Prefers Sugar Maple, Oak, Alder, Ironwood and Sweet Gum. Fruiting in late spring through mid-fall, 12-18 months after inoculation.

One bottle inoculates 5 logs.
