Description

The Elm Oyster is a creamy white Oyster mushroom, with an earthy, cashew flavor. Large clusters with several fruitings per season. Grows in many wood species such as poplars, soft maples and birch. Fruits in spring, summer, and early fall, 12-18 months after inoculation.

One bottle inoculates 5 logs.
